The number of cavities in blow molds is highly flexible and can be customized according to the parameters of different blow molding machine manufacturers, perfectly adapting to the production needs of various equipment. They cover an extensive range of capacities, from small 10ml mini sizes to large 20L specifications, catering to diverse packaging requirements.
These molds feature a classic two-piece template structure, which, despite its apparent simplicity, incorporates clever design elements. The curvature of each template and the precision of mold clamping are meticulously calculated to ensure uniform force distribution on the bottle body during blow molding, resulting in stable forming. Compared to complex injection molds, they eliminate the need for cumbersome ejection mechanisms and runner systems, making the overall structure more straightforward.
In terms of material selection, 50H steel is often used for mold cavities due to its excellent wear resistance. 4Cr13, with its superior corrosion resistance, is suitable for bottle molds that come into contact with beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other special liquids. S136, renowned for its exceptional polishing performance, is the top choice for high-transparency bottle molds, giving the bottle body a mirror-like luster. Additionally, AL7076 aluminum alloy, favored for its lightweight advantage, is widely used in small-capacity molds with high turnover rates.
During processing, CNC milling machines shape the overall contour of the mold, precisely cutting the curved surfaces of the bottle body and the thread structures of the bottle mouth, ensuring dimensional errors are controlled within 0.01mm. Engraving machines then handle the detailed work, such as carving subtle brand logos or anti-slip patterns on the bottle body, making the mold both functional and brand-distinctive.
Whether producing small trial-sized bottles or large family-sized containers, these blow molds can efficiently produce standard-compliant products through flexible cavity design, suitable material selection, and precise processing techniques, making them indispensable in the packaging industry.
Blowing mould – Plastic bottle
Most plastic materials are PET& PE, which are formed by blow molding. High efficiency and high output can be achieved through multiple cavities 1-12 of the bottle blowing mould. The bottle mouth is 28MM/ 30MM/38MM/45MM, which can be made into mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, juice bottles, milk bottles, and various bottle types. The shapes are round, square, oval, and various patterns. Customers can design their own creative designs. Two treatment methods of mirror polish and skin texture on the surface of blowing moulds. The capacity includes 100ML, 150ML, 200ML, 250ML, 300ML, 350ML, 400ML, 450ML, 500ML, 800ML, 1000ML, 1.5L, 2L, 2.5L, 4L, 5L, 5 gallon bottle, 10L, 20L, etc. The jar has 50MM to 200MM, it can hold biscuits, nuts, prunes, red dates and all kinds of dried fruits. It is widely used.
