This is a hot runner handle mold with a 1-out-of-16 cavity layout. The mold adopts P20 or 718 mold plate materials. To enhance the performance of the mold plate, it is finally selected to undergo a carburizing treatment. The insert materials are H13 or S136, and the inserts need to be vacuum quenched to achieve a hardness of 45 to 48 degrees. The injection molding time of this mold is relatively short. It can complete one injection molding cycle per minute, and the molding time is between 15 and 18 seconds. In order to ensure that the mold maintains an appropriate temperature during the injection molding process, the mold is equipped with a cooling water inlet and outlet cooling system. Heat is removed through the circulating cooling water, thus ensuring the stability of the injection molding process and the quality of the products.
