- Precision Requirements: The dimensional accuracy of the connection point between the pull ring and the cap body is extremely high, with the error controlled within ±0.05 mm to ensure consistent opening force of the pull ring. The surface roughness of the mold cavity needs to reach Ra0.4 - Ra0.8 to ensure a smooth surface of the cap without obvious processing marks. The assembly accuracy of the mold is equally crucial, and the fit clearance between various components should be controlled within a reasonable range to avoid issues such as flash and burrs.

- Mold Materials: Commonly used mold materials include pre - hardened steels (such as P20, 718) and hot - work die steels (such as H13). Pre - hardened steels have good machining and polishing properties, and the hardness can reach HRC30 - HRC35 after heat treatment, making them suitable for manufacturing molds with medium production volumes. The hot - work die steel H13 has higher thermal strength, wear resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance, with a hardness of HRC48 - HRC52, making it suitable for manufacturing molds for mass production. In addition, to improve the service life and surface quality of the mold, surface treatments such as nitriding and hard chromium plating can be applied to the mold surface.
